Del amor y otros demonios is a visual interpretation of Gabriel García Márquez’s novel, created in Medellín, Colombia. The project blends Latin American colonial history, Catholic symbolism, and African Yoruba influences within a surreal, painterly aesthetic. Through carefully staged scenes, it tells the story of young Sierva, caught between love, superstition, and power structures – a visual play of intense color, emotional intimacy, and expressive imagery

is a photographic series capturing the Ballet Metropolitano de Medellín during rehearsal, inspired by the volumetric forms and playful elegance of Fernando Botero’s work. The images merge the raw energy of behind-the-scenes moments with a stylized nod to Botero’s surreal, exaggerated aesthetic.
